We aim to promote greater connectivity, knowledge exchange, and support between and for early career environmentalists in the Western Indian Ocean.

By growing a chain of leg-up support so that as members progress with their careers they begin to reach down and support others.

This will strengthen the existing capacity in ocean and island management, conservation, communication, and governance in the region.
